Kansas Supreme Court Elections Amendment Passes?

Kansas voters are scheduled to vote in the August 4, 2026 midterm elections on a measure which, if passed, would create partisan elections and six-year terms for supreme court justices. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Kansas Elections for Supreme Court Justices Amendment passes.
