Will the Senate vote on the CLARITY Act before the August recess?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. Senate conducts any recorded vote on the CLARITY Act, or on a motion relating to it, by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 7, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A "recorded vote" is any vote in which individual Senators' positions are officially recorded, including roll call votes and yea-and-nay votes.
